Shipping and delivery
We ship from our United States warehouse via UPS to the United States and Canada. Orders dispatch within 3 business days, with delivery within 7 business days after dispatch. Shipping is US$5 below US$30 and free from US$30.
Returns and replacements
Request an unconditional return within 14 days of receipt. We cover return shipping. Applicable statutory consumer rights remain in place. For missing or damaged parts, provide actual photographs and purchase records; after verification, we provide free replacements and cover replacement shipping.
