We ship from our Delaware, United States warehouse to the United States and Canada. Delivery information and shipping charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please contact us if you need help with an order or delivery.
Contact Minifig Muse within 14 days of receiving your order to request an unconditional return. No reason is required, and we cover the return shipping cost. Contact us for return shipping arrangements before sending the parcel.
We issue your refund when the returned goods are received. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
For missing or damaged parts, send actual photographs and your purchase record. After verification, we provide replacement parts free of charge and cover replacement shipping. Full details are in our Return and Refund Policy.
